Joining CIRA


Membership is open to people who are in the business of preparing and selling high quality Italian food, whether through trattorias, restaurants, pizzerias, gelaterias, delis or cafes. All members have the right to elect the Executive Committee of CIRA and participate in elections.

Associate members are people who share a passion for Italian food and want to contribute to the work of CIRA.

The Founding Members have donated a Joining Fee of $500.00.
The following scale is suggested for 2008:

Annual Fee$90.00
Concessions
(Students, Apprentices, Seniors)
$25.00


The membership benefits include:
  • Being of service to the cause of quality Italian food and wine
  • Membership card
  • Support and advice by experienced restaurateurs and chefs on relevant aspects of restaurant operations and recipe preparation
  • Newsletter with updates on food, wine and cooking issues
  • Discounts for some CIRA events
